Our full-length exams are designed to simulate the actual NBCOT® Exam experience and cannot be paused. However, if you have approved accommodations, you can use them during our full-length exams.
Yes, we offer accommodations to support your needs. For our full-length exams, you can choose from extended time options (1, 2, or 4 hours) and built-in breaks that allow you to pause the timer.
Unfortunately, NBCOT® does not disclose their scoring methodology or question weighting, which means we cannot provide a scaled score. Instead, we offer a percentage score based on the number of correct and incorrect answers. We consider 80% to be above a passing score, and we encourage our students to aim for this threshold or higher to feel confident and prepared for the actual exam.
We do not offer extensions on our packages. If your package is nearing expiration and you need more time, you will need to re-purchase the package.
Yes, we offer a pass guarantee with specific criteria. If you've passed all of our exams with a score of 80% or higher and don't pass the actual exam, we'll give you an additional 30 days of access at no cost.
If you notice any errors or typos, please email us with a screenshot. We're working hard to ensure our content is error-free, but we're human and sometimes miss things. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us improve!
Yes, we offer discounts for cohorts. Please have your program director email us, and we'll send over our university package options.
We do not offer refunds. However, if you don't pass the exam and meet our pass guarantee criteria (scoring 80% or higher on all our exams), we'll extend your access for an additional 30 days to help you prepare again.
The Performance Analysis is a detailed breakdown of your performance, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses. This comprehensive report allows you to review each question, including the time spent, rationale, domain, and specific topic. By examining this data, you can identify areas where you need improvement, tailor your studying to focus on weaknesses, and ultimately optimize your preparation. Additionally, you can download and print the Performance Report for the full-length exams, providing a convenient reference for your studies.
